四子种王胶囊治疗雄性不育大鼠实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察四子种王胶囊治疗雄性不育大鼠模型的效果。方法将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,即正常对照组、模型对照组及四子种王胶囊大、小剂量组,各20只。正常对照组予蒸馏水3 mL,每日1次灌胃;其余3组均予腺嘌呤25 mg/100 g体质量,以蒸馏水3 mL配制后,每日1次灌胃。各组均连用30 d。造模结束后,正常对照组和模型对照组均予蒸馏水3 mL,每日1次灌胃;四子种王胶囊大、小剂量组分别予四子种王胶囊6、3 g/kg体质量,以蒸馏水3 mL制成混悬液,每日1次灌胃。各组均连用30 d。进行生育力、生殖激素、附睾精液质量、附睾精子精核蛋白(RP)、组蛋白(TH)的测定。结果四子种王胶囊大、小剂量组配对雌鼠受孕率均高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。四子种王胶囊大、小剂量组黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)均较模型对照组显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),各组间FSH比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。四子种王胶囊大剂量组精子密度、精子存活率及精子活动力(a级),四子种王胶囊小剂量组精子密度及精子活动力(a级)均高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。四子种王胶囊大、小剂量组TH相对含量、TH/RP均低于模型对照组(P<0.01),RP相对含量均高于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论雄性不育大鼠经四子种王胶囊治疗后,生育力提高,精液质量改善,LH、T有不同程度上升,RP相对含量明显改善。 Objective To study the effects of Sizizhongwang capsule in treatment of male rats with sterility.Methods 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups,control group,model group,low dose Sizizhongwang capsule group and high dose Sizizhongwang capsule group,20 rats in each group.Rats model with sterility were established by Adenine,25 mg/kg,for 30 days.Rats in control group and model group were treated by distilled water.Rats in low dose Sizizhongwang capsule group and high dose Sizizhongwang capsule group received Sizizhongwang capsule 3,6 g/kg by 3 mL suspension of continuous intragastric administration of 30 days.The changes of fertility,reproductive hormones,epididymal sperm quality,epididymal sperm protamine(RP) and histone(TH) were observed after treatment.Results Female rat conception rate,LH,testosterone(T),sperm density and a level of sperm motility in low dose Sizizhongwang capsule group and high dose Sizizhongwang capsule group were higher than those in model group(P0.01,P0.05).Sperm viability rate in high dose Sizizhongwang capsule group was higher than that in model group(P0.05).TH and TH/RP in low dose Sizizhongwang capsule group and high dose Sizizhongwang capsule group were lower than those in model group(P0.01).RP was higher(P0.01).Conclusion Sizizhongwang capsule have good effect in treatment of male rats sterility.It can enhance fertility;improve sperm quality,LH and T.
