摘要
目的探讨医学生自我和谐的状况和影响因素,为医学生心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)对安徽省2所医学院398名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果医学生自我和谐与常模差异无统计学意义;医学生的自我和谐在性别、是否独生子女差异无统计学意义,但男生的自我刻板性因子得分显著高于女生(P<0.01)。不同年级医学生的自我和谐差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随着年级的增加医学生的自我和谐总分在不断下降。结论医学生的自我和谐水平较好,男生在自我刻板高于女生,自我和谐程度随着年级的增加而上升。
ObjectiveTo explore characteristics and influencing factors of self-consistency and congruency of the medical college students,and to provide theoretical guidance for mental health promotion among college students.MethodsA total of 398 medical college students were investigated with Self-consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS).ResultsScores of non-consistence,self-flexibility and self-stereotypy of students were not significantly different from the norm.Scores of self consistency and congruency showed no differences in gender and whether being the only child or not,but scores in male students were significantly higher than that of female students in the self-stereotype(P〈0.01).Scores of self-consistency and congruency decreased significantly with the increase of grade(P〈0.01).ConclusionThe level of self consistency and congruency are high among medical students,while the male students were higher than the female students in self-stereotype.And the levels of self-consistency and congruency were increasing with the increase of grade.
