电磁棒点穴防治青少年近视短期疗效观察

Short-term efficacy for prevention juvenile myopia through stimulating acupoint by electromagnetic stick

目的寻求防治青少年近视的有效方法,为防治青少年近视提供依据。方法选取镇江市疾病预防控制中心预防门诊接诊的青少年近视患者100名,应用磁电治疗仪点按全身穴位70多个,其中主穴17个,每个穴位按压10 s,其他为辅助穴,每个穴位按压3 s,点穴结束后用感应头罩眼球30～50 s(睁开眼睛)。眼、头、耳、手臂及手、腿部的穴位每日按压,背部与脚部的穴位为每隔1 d 1次,交替进行按压。每日1次2,0 d为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察视力变化的情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,100名青少年近视患者视力均有不同程度的提高。用标准对数视力表检查,其中裸眼视力较治疗前提高1行者34人,提高2行者41人,提高2行以上者25人。结论电磁棒点穴防治青少年近视在短期有较好疗效。

ObjectiveTo provide evidence for stimulating acupoint by magnetic stick as an effective way to prevent juvenile myopia.MethodsAbout 100 adolescents with myopia from out-patient clinic participated in the study.More than 70 acupuncture points were stimulated through magnetic therapy instrument.Of them,seventeen main acupoints were pressed for 10 seconds;other auxiliary acupoints were pressed for 3 seconds.After acupressure,use sensor head to cover eyeball for 30 to 50 seconds（keep the eyelids open）.Acupuncture points located in eye,head,ear,arm,hand and leg were pressed once a day;acupuncture points located in back and foot were pressed every other day.After 20 days,which was considered a course of treatment,vision of participants was assessed by using the standard logarithmic visual acuity chart.ResultsAfter a course of treatment,the vision of 100 adolescent patients with myopia was improved at different degrees.Thirty-four adolescents＇uncorrected visual acuity had improved a line,41 had improved two lines,and 25 had improved more than two lines.ConclusionElectromagnetic stick acupuncture shows a good effect in preventing and treating juvenile myopia in the short term.
