乌鲁木齐市学龄儿童肥胖影响因素分析

Influencing factor of obesity among school children in Urumqi

目的了解乌鲁木齐市儿童肥胖的流行特点及其影响因素,为预防儿童肥胖提供科学依据。方法采用《2005年国民体质监测报告》问卷调查,肥胖诊断采用《中国学生超重肥胖BMI筛查标准》,以乌鲁木齐市户籍的常住人口为调查对象,按年龄分层抽样调查7～12岁儿童1 440名。问卷部分由儿童家长代为填写。结果学龄儿童肥胖检出率男生为4.86%,女生为1.80%,男生8岁年龄组肥胖检出率高于其他年龄组,女生检出率则随着年龄的增长而增长,男生肥胖检出率高于女生;出生体重、性别、睡眠时间、父亲体重和母亲体重是儿童肥胖的危险因素。结论乌鲁木齐市学龄儿童肥胖检出率较低,应做好预防保健工作,促进儿童健康。

ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of children＇s obesity and its risk factors in Urumqi.MethodsA total of 1 440 children（aged 7-12） whose household registration in Urumqi were clustered sampled by age.By using the questionnaire of 2005 National Physique Monitoring Report,all the 1 440 children were diagnosed with the criteria from Body Mass Index Reference Norm for Screening Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents.The questionnaires were completed by parents.ResultsThe prevalence rate of obesity was 4.86% for boys and 1.80% for girls.In the boys,the prevalence rate of obesity was highest in 8-year-old group,and it was increasing with age in girls.The prevalence rate of obesity in boys was higher than that in girls.The influencing factors to obesity were birth weight,sex,sleeping time,fathers＇weight and mothers＇weight.ConclusionPrevalence rate of obesity is low among schoolchildren in Urumqi.Healthcare work should be enhanced to promote children＇s health.
