水涝胁迫对常绿欧洲荚蒾叶片膜脂过氧化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了解常绿欧洲荚蒾在水涝胁迫下的生理变化及耐涝能力,以盆栽的2年生常绿欧洲荚蒾为试材,研究了水涝胁迫对其叶片膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:随着水涝胁迫处理时间的延长,常绿欧洲荚蒾叶片中SOD和POD活性均较对照明显升高,水涝胁迫处理12 d,SOD活性为对照的2.4倍,POD活性为对照的5.6倍;而MDA含量先升高后降低,相对电导率先降低后增加,水涝胁迫处理12 d,MDA含量仅比对照增加0.31μmol/g,相对电导率比对照增加了4.2%。与对照相比,植株外表的生长状况无多大变化,说明常绿欧洲荚蒾较耐水涝,可以在多水地区种植栽培。 Viburnum opulus plants with two years old in pots were tested under flooding stress to study the effect on its leaf membrane lipid peroxidation for knowing the physiological change and flooding resistance.The results showed that the leaf SOD and POD activity obviously increased with elongation of flooding stress,the leaf SOD and POD activity of Viburnum opulus plants under 12 h flooding stress was 2.4 times and 5.6 times that of CK respectively,the MDA content in leaves presented the first rise and then reduction trend,the relative conductivity percentage showed the first reduction and then rise trend,the MDA content and relative conductivity percentage of Viburnum opulus plants under 12 h flooding stress only increased by 0.31 μmol/g and 4.2% compared with CK separately,which indicates that Viburnum opulus plants with flooding resistance can be planted in wateriness areas.
