摘要
林木始终作为土地附着物存在,土地制度一直对林业发展具有很大的影响作用,我国集体林业发展就受制于集体土地产权制度。对我国集体土地产权制度存在的几个问题及其对集体林业发展的影响进行了分析,并提出了集体土地产权制度改革的建议。
Land system has been of great influence on the development of forest as the forest is the land attachments all the time.Several problems existing in our country＇s system of collective land ownership and its effect on the collective forest development are analyzed and some reform proposals for the system of collective land ownership are proposed in this paper.
