摘要
为了给野漆树生产和实践提供技术支撑,以锯屑、树皮、谷壳和泥炭土作为野漆树播种育苗的轻型基质,通过正交试验设计,研究了不同配比基质对野漆树播种育苗的出苗率、苗高、地径、生根数及根平均长度的影响。结果表明:不同基质对出苗率、苗高、地径生根数及根平均长度影响的主次关系不同;最佳培养基质为:锯木屑1份+树皮5份+谷壳8份+泥炭土4份,按此配制的基质进行容器育苗,出苗率90.3%、地径1.07 cm,总生根数6.6条、根平均长度5.4 cm。
The different proportional combination of sawdust,bark,husk and peat was tested to study the effects on emergence rate,seedling height,ground diameter,root number and mean root length of Toxicodendron succedaneum seedlings by using the orthogonal design to provide technical support for production practice of toxicodendron succedaneum.The results showed that different proportional combination of sawdust,bark,husk and peat had different effects on emergence rate,seedling height,ground diameter,root number and mean root length of Toxicodendron succedaneum seedlings and the emergence rate,ground diameter,total root number and mean root length of Toxicodendron succedaneum seedlings cultured on the optimum medium with 1 sawdust + 5 bark + 8 husk + 4 peat were 90.3%,1.07 cm,6.6 and 5.4 cm.
