马克思主义宗教观在当代的新发展

A New Development of Marxist Idea on Religion in Modern Time

改革开放以来,中国共产党先后制定并下发了《中共中央关于印发〈关于我国社会主义时期宗教问题的基本观点和基本政策〉的通知》（中发〔1982〕19号）、《中共中央、国务院关于进一步做好宗教工作若干问题的通知》（中发〔1991〕6号）、《中共中央、国务院关于加强宗教工作的决定》（中发〔2002〕3号）三个文件。十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央进一步确立了党的宗教工作基本方针,并将全面贯彻这一方针、发挥宗教界人士和信教群众在促进经济社会发展中的积极作用的内容写入党的政治报告和党章,标志着我们党对马克思主义宗教观的认识不断深化,初步形成了中国特色社会主义宗教理论体系。

Since the reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China has successively formulated and distributed the Notice of CPC Central Committee on the Printing and Distributing of the Basic idea and Policy on Religious Issue during China＇s Socialist Period（2002 File 19）,The Notice of CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Matters of Better Religious Work（1991 File 6） and Decision of the State Council about Further Work on religion（File 3）.Since the Sixteenth Party＇s Congress,the Party central committee with Hu Jintao as a secretary has further established Party＇s basic policy on religious work,implemented this policy in full and written it into the Party＇s political report and charter that the active role of religious personages and masses should be mobilized in promoting economic and social progress,symbolizing our understanding of Marxist idea on religion is under constant progress,thus shaping socialist theoretic system on religion with Chinese characteristic.
