摘要
目的 探讨葡多酚对辐照诱发的 D N A 与染色体损伤的防护作用。方法 将小鼠经口灌胃给予不同剂量葡多酚,采用60 Co γ射线全身照射1 次,照射后第2 天检测各组动物的脾细胞 D N A 损伤、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和肝脏丙二醛( M D A) 含量3 项指标。结果 同阳性对照组比较,各试验组的 D N A 损伤程度、微核率和 M D A 水平均有不同程度降低。经t ( 或 χ2) 检验,差异均有显著性意义( P< 0 .05) 。结论 葡多酚对放射线照射引发的 D N A 和染色体损伤有良好的防护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of grape polyphenol( G P P) on D N Aand chro mo som e damage induced by irradiation . Method Three indices including spleen cell D N A dam age ,bone m arrowon P C Es and liver M D Acontent were examined in the mice given different dose of G P Pby mouth were radiat ed by 60 Co γ ray once . Results Com pared with that in positive control group ,the degrees of D N A dam age ,rate of micronucleus and M D A content of mice reduced differently in the protected groups . All the differencesabove are signifcantly in statistic( P < 0 .05) . Conclusion The present experiment proves that G P P hasdominant protective effect on D N A and chro moso me dam age induced by irradiation .
