摘要
采用温度、时间、pH、超声频率4个考察因素设计正交试验,研究其对水溶液中烯丙基异硫氰酸酯稳定性的影响.将异硫氰酸酯溶解在含有少量甲醇的水溶液中,通过HPLC检测烯丙基异硫氰酸酯的浓度变化,来考察各因素对其稳定性影响程度.结果表明,时间因素对烯丙基异硫氰酸酯降解的影响程度最大,其次是超声频率、温度、pH.对降解后的混合物用石油醚进行萃取,并通过LC-MS,GC-MS进行检测分析,烯丙基异硫氰酸酯降解的主要产物是烯丙基硫氰酸和环丙基异硫氰酸酯,而且随着烯丙基异硫氰酸酯的降解,烯丙基硫氰酸和环丙基异硫氰酸酯的含量逐渐增加.
In order to investigate the stability of allyl isothiocyanate in water,four important factors,temperature,time,pH and ultrasonic frequency,were selected to design orthogonal experiments.The isothiocyanate was dissolved in an aqueous solution containing a small amount of methanol.The effects of the different factors on its stability were characterized by the changes of allyl isothiocyanate concentration determined by HPLC.The results showed that the affects of the time on allyl isothiocyanate degradation were most significant,followed by ultrasonic frequency,temperature and pH.After petroleum ether was used to extract the degradation mixture,The LC-MS and GC-MS analysis data suggested that allyl thiocyanate and cyclopropyl isothiocyanate were main products of allyl isothiocyanate degradation,and with the degradation of allyl isothiocyanate,their quantity increased.
