摘要
根据教学过程最优化现代教学理论,结合篮球运动技能形成的基本规律和多年的教学实践,通过问卷调查和分班进行实验,比较分析了传统教学法和分层升降教学法的利弊,试图找出分层升降教学法的理论依据.结果表明:在篮球技术水平基本相同的条件下,实验班在实验教学后的各项技术成绩均明显高于对照班的成绩,分层升降教学法优于传统教学法.因此,分层升降教学法应用于普通高校篮球选修课教学是可行的.
Based on modern teaching theory of the process optimization,combined with the basic laws of the acquirement of basketball skills and teaching practice,the questionnaire and group instruction experiment were used to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching method and up-down multilevel teaching method and elucidate the theoretical base of up-down multilevel teaching method.The results suggested that based on the same basketball skill level,the all skills scores of the trainees in experimental group were significantly higher than those in contrast group,and up-down multilevel teaching method was superior to traditional one.Therefore,it is feasible that up-down multilevel teaching method be applied in selective basketball course in university.
