摘要
针对上海工程技术大学的柔性制造系统,介绍了自动化立体仓库的控制软件设计,并重点介绍了设计要点PROFIBUS通讯和运动控制器。所提出的系统成功应用于现代制作系统实验中心的柔性制造系统中,实现了自动化立体仓库中的优化控制和优化运行,取得了明显的应用成效。
Aiming at the flexible manufacturing system of Shanghai University of Engineering Science, this paper introduced the design of control system software for the automated storage and retrieval system. The communication based on PROFIBUS and motion controller were analyzed and discussed. The proposed system was applied to the flexible manufacturing system to realize process optimal control and process optimal operation. It has been proven to provide benefits to this system.
