Investigation of the Function and Management Pattern of Clinical Skills Training Center

分析当前临床技能培训中心存在的问题,探讨了临床技能培训中心的功能与管理模式。临床技能培训中心具有临床技能培训与考核、临床教学和社会服务三大功能,实行医院—科教部—中心三级管理模式,并科学配置了各类人员、完善管理制度和创新管理方法等。完善的功能和科学的管理是临床技能培训中心发展的基础,对提高临床技能培训水平和资源利用率具有重要作用。

The current existing problems of clinical skills training center were analyzed, its functions and management pattern were discussed. The clinical skills training center has clinical skills training and assessment, clinical education and social service functions. The three-level management model of hospital-the department of science and educationcenter was implemented which is configurated with various types of scientific personnel, improved management system and innovative management methods. The comprehensive functions and scientific management are the foundation of the development of clinical skills training center, and play an important role to increase the level of clinical skills training and resource utilization.
