摘要
在软磁器件的设计中,磁心损耗的计算是设计人员的重要工作内容。在不同的激励条件下,磁芯的损耗也不同。综合介绍了直流偏置、矩形波激励和方波激励条件下铁氧体磁心损耗模型。在有直流偏置的正弦波激励下,铁氧体磁心损耗会增大。在不同激励条件下通过对经典斯坦麦茨(Steinmetz)公式进行修正后其计算结果更符合实际情况。
In the design of soft magnetic devices,calculation of core loss is an important task.The core loss is different for different excitation.The models of ferrite core loss were introduced under different excitation conditions respectively,such as DC-bias,rectangular wave and square wave excitations.The core loss increases due to DC-bias under sinusoidal wave excitations.It is verified by measurement that the accuracy is sufficient for modified traditional Steinmetz calculation equation.
