摘要
介绍了臭氧发生器的构成和放电机理,由基本的等效电路出发得到了简化的等效电路。在简化等效电路的基础上,根据臭氧发生器的参数、工作频率和额定有功功率逐步确定出变压器的变比、变压器漏感的感值,最后确定出合适的铁心和匝数。根据相应的参数要求和提供的变压器的设计方法,所设计的变压器满足实际要求,并且运行稳定可靠。
The construction and discharge theory of ozone generator was introduced firstly.The simplified equivalent circuit is acquired according to the typical main circuit of ozone generator using DBD.Based on the simplified circuit,the transformation ratio and leakage of transformer were determined from working frequency and rated active power of ozone power supply.At last,the magnetic core and turns were determined.According to the proposed method and calculated parameter,a transformer was fabricated,and the result indicated that the designed transformer meets actual requirements and runs stablely and reliablely.
