机关团体责任者的著录

The Description Methods for the Creators From the State Organs and Organizations

依据《中国文献编目规则》和《革命历史资料著录细则》,笔者结合多年的编目工作实践,对机关团体责任者的著录,进行了分析和研究。并以案例形式剖析了机关团体责任者使用通用简称、全称、加注、多个责任者、个人与机关团体责任者编著等著录方法的规范形式。

According to ＂Chinese Bibliographical Cataloguing Rules＂ and ＂Revolutionary Historical Material Description Rules＂,the author has analyzed and researched the description methods for the creator from the state organs and organizations,in combination with the author＇s cataloging work.Besides, the paper has also unified the standard forms with examples existed in the description for creators such as the general shortened forms,full terms,necessary indication,multiple creators,individual and state organs and organizations.
