摘要
近年来随着液晶电视(LCD TV)等市场迅速增长,应用于其空间和散热有限的开关电源的市场也随之快速发展。这些开关电源要求具有较高的功率密度和平滑的电磁干扰(EMI)信号,并且所需要的电子元器件数量少、效率高。虽然在这方面可选的DC-DC拓扑众多,但是LLC半桥谐振电路在满足以上要求拥有独特的优势。本文主要介绍LLC半桥谐振电路的设计方法和优化方案,可使MOSFET工作在其最佳工作区域——软开关,有效地改善了电磁干扰。
With the boom of LCD TV market recently, the demand of relevant power supplies with nlgn power density, smooth EMI signal, less components and high efficiency, also has had a rapid growth The LLC half bridge resonant circuit has unique advantages in such application despite variable candidates in DC-DC topology. This article mainly focuses on design and optimization of the LLC half bridge resonant circuit in order to achieve its best operating point, i.e. zero voltage switching (ZVS).
