By the comprehensive assessment of SPJ-800 Belt Conveyor, the author draws the conclusion： the belt conveyor （B=800 mm,V=1.6m/s,N=2 x 37kW,L=370m,β=2.5° ,Q=260t/h） meets the production requirement; the PVG800S antiflaming and antistatic belt （rated breaking force： Sn=0.8 x 106N） satisfies the strength requirement.
