摘要
针对电网规划建设滞后和输电线路受输送容量热稳定限额的限制而导致的电网供电能力不足问题,对输电线路导线测温与动态增容关键技术及系统的设计实现进行了深入研究。通过对输电线路导线温度和环境温度、湿度、风速、风向、日照等参数的实时在线监测,并结合来自SCADA系统的实际运行电流,根据热容方程和摩尔根公式,对线路的运行状态和潜在输送容量进行评估,为调度人员的操作提供科学依据。
As for inadequate power supply caused by thermal statbility allowance of transmission capacity and lag behind power grid construction,technology and design of transmission line lead temperature measurement and dynamic rating were discussed.Through on-line monitor on lead temperature,humidity,air speed,air direction and sunshine as well as operation current of SCADA,operation state and potential transmission capacity were evaluated according to heat capacity equation and Morgan Formula.
