旋流及直流燃烧器在W火焰锅炉上的应用

The Application of Swirl Burner and Direct Burner in "W" Type Boiler

对W火焰锅炉的旋流燃烧器和直流燃烧器的特点进行介绍,对实际运行中两类燃烧器存在的优缺点进行了说明,为W锅炉燃烧器选型提供参考。

As more and more anthracite coal firing in W type boiler,the key point——burner is become very important.Design theory of swirl burner and direct burner is introduced.And the paper analyzed the reasons for the trouble-shooting of combustion unstable in high load,combustion supporting air hard to be added,carbon in fly ash high in using swirl burner,flame switching and flame pulsation in using direct burner.It is found that two types of burners should be improvement.It can provide reference in choosing burner type in retrofit and new build ＂W＂ type boiler
