摘要
国电黄金埠电厂由于煤的来源比较复杂,在多煤种混烧中煤质变化较大使得进入锅炉的煤的热值变化较大,这严重影响了机组的安全运行,为此该电厂对其燃烧系统进行了优化改造,增加了一套燃煤热值在线监测装置,通过通讯系统把煤质的分析信号连接到DCS系统中,给运行人员调整作为参考。另外还与北京国电智深控制技术有限公司联合对该电厂的燃煤控制方案进行了优化改造,建立了一套完善的煤质在线监测软测量系统,该系统实时的把燃煤的综合热量信号计算出来,实时改变控制系统中煤的发热量信号,改善了控制效果。最终使得电厂在煤种复杂的情况下,也能够稳定的运行,提高了电厂的安全性和经济效益。
The coal source is complex in Huangjinbu Power Plant.The low heat value of coal changed greatly and it had effected on unit operation.So the the burning system is optimized and improved and a set of online detective device of coal heat value was added.The signal of coal analysis result is connected to DCS by communication system.The optimization of the burning coal control scheme was executed by the power plant and Beijing Guodian Zhishen Control Technology Co.,Ltd.A perfect on-line soft measure system of coal heat value is build-up.The system figures out the comprehensive heat signal of burning coal at real-time,and changes the generated heat signal of coal in control system at real-time.These measures improves the control result,and makes the unit operating steadily while the feeding coal was multiple and complex.Also,it increased the steady and economy benefit of power plant.
