摘要
现有D114系列柴油机的空气压缩机的窜油故障率较高,影响机油耗率和空气压缩机的可靠性,用户反映强烈。经试验研究,对空气压缩机的进气接头内径、进油孔径以及缸体与曲轴箱的连接作了改进设计,并取得了成效。
The air compressor of the existing D114 series diesel engine had a rather high failure rate in terms of oil flee, resulting in strong customers' complain about high oil consumption and poor reliability of the air compressor. After testing investigation and analysis, design modifications were done to the inner diameter of the air inlet connector of the air compressor, the dimension of the oil inlet hole as well as the connection between the cylinder body of the air compressor and crankcase. These improvement designs prove functional.
