阿米替林联合心理干预治疗慢性紧张型头痛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of amitriptiline combined with psychotherapy for the treatment of chronic tension-type headache

目的对阿米替林联合心理干预治疗慢性紧张型头痛的疗效进行客观评价。方法将77例慢性紧张型头痛患者随机分成两组,对照组采用常规治疗方法（口服复方氯唑沙宗片、血塞通）,治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上加用小剂量阿米替林口服和心理干预,心理干预每周2次,每次30~40 min,共12周。疗程结束后评定疗效。结果两组患者临床有效率、治疗前后两组症状自评量表各因子分均有显著差异。结论阿米替林联合心理干预治疗慢性紧张型头痛有效,药物与心理综合治疗模式对慢性紧张型头痛是一种非常有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of amitriptiline combined with psychotherapy for treatment of chronic tension-type headache.Methods 77 cases of patients with chronic tension-type headache were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were treated with routine medicine combined with small doses of amitriptiline and psychotherapy of twice one week for 12 weeks.The effects were evaluated.Results The clinical effective rates between the two groups were significantly deferent.Conclusions Amitriptiline combined with psychotherapy is an effective method for the patients with chronic tension-type headache.
