党的十七届五中全提出,把加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会作为贯彻落实"十二五"规划的重要着力点。马克思、恩格斯关于人与自然界关系的理论,是指导"两型"社会建设的真正理论基础。人与自然界关系的本质是既对立又统一,正确认识和处理这种关系,是解决当今资源、生态环境问题的根本前提,是建设"两型"社会的哲学根据。以人为本是科学发展观的核心,也是"两型"社会建设的出发点和归宿。对人类未来应充满信心。

It is proposed on the Fifth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of CPC that we should speed up the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society as the implementation of 12th Five-Year Development Plan.The Theory of Marx and Engels on the relationship between man and nature is the real theoretical basis to guide our construction of the ＂two-oriented＂society.The essence of the relationship between man and nature is a unity of opposites.A correct understanding and dealing with it is the fundamental prerequisite for addressing today’s resources,environmental problems,and it is also the philosophical basis in the construction of Two-oriented society.People orientation is the core concept of scientific development,and it is also the starting point and returning point in Two-oriented social construction.We should have confidence in human being’s future.
