两岸经济合作框架协议签署后,两岸文化交流成为人们关注的热点和重点,人们希望在这方面能有突破性的进展。但由于文化的广泛性,在两岸文化交流中需要把握重点;由于两岸文化交流的指向性,需要明确两岸文化交流的定位和定性;由于两岸文化交流的层次性,需要强化两岸核心价值观的认同。

After the framework cooperation agreement was signed between the two sides across Taiwan Strait,cultural exchanges have increasingly become the focus of the public.People hope that there will be some groundbreaking progresses in the cultural exchanges.With its extensiveness,however,emphases of cultural exchanges need to be properly worked out and managed;with its directiveness,the nature and orientation of cultural exchanges need to be better clarified,and with the different levels of cultural exchange,the identification of the core values needs to be strengthened.
