国内近期基本生活资料价格上涨过快过高,为此,国务院出台了稳定消费价格的16项措施。从市场经济的基本规律和扩大内需、提倡消费、关注民生的基本立场观点出发,放开物价是市场经济基本规律的要求,要确立科学的价格调控政策,坚持物价依法放开,根据价格炒作上涨和趋势性上涨等不同情况,进行有针对性的调控。在坚决抑制通货膨胀的过程中,保持工资合理增长,完善贫困户补贴政策,促进民生发展。

This paper,by proceeding from the basic laws of market economy and the basic standpoints of expanding domestic need,encouraging consumption and paying attention to people’s livelihood,make some comments on the recent dramatic rise of the price of the basic means of livelihood in China and the 16 measures promulgated by the State Council for the purpose of stabilizing consumption prices.It elaborates that lifting the control of commodity price is required by the basic laws of market economy,and proposes that scientific price control policies are necessary and that we should lift price control and make proper adjustments after we determine whether the raise of price is for speculation or an actual tendency.It also demonstrates the harm that could be done in the case of inflation and points out that inflation shall be under strict control.Finally,it suggests that we keep a reasonable growth rate of salaries and improve the subsidy policies for the poor to improve people’s livelihood.
