摘要 在西方国家,产品创新是商业银行增强核心竞争力的重要手段。目前我国金融体系改革进一步深化,市场开放度逐渐提高,同业竞争将日趋激烈,而我国银行业的产品创新能力依然较弱。本文从产品创新的现状出发,指出我国商业银行金融产品创新存在着产品整合程度不高、缺乏创新自主性、产品独创性比较低、同质化现象严重等问题,分析了我国商业银行金融产品创新的趋势和创新能力不足的原因,最后提出改善产品创新的政策环境,商业银行应当结合产品创新要求大力推进制度建设,以及拓展外资银行和中资银行合作力度的政策建议。 In the west, product innovation is the important means of enhancing their core competitiveness for commercial Banks. At present, our finance system reform is being further deepening, market openness are being gradually enhanced, and the competition will be increasingly fierce. However, the banking products innovation ability of China remains rela- tively weak. This essay starts from the the status quo of the product innovation, then points out the serious problems existing in Chinese commercial bank financial product innovation, such as low degree of product integration, lacking of innovation autonomy, product originality inferior to the international standards, and homogeneity phenomenon, etc. And the commercial bank financial product innovation tendency and the causes of deficiency of its innovation ability are analyzed. Finally, the policy suggestions are given as following in order to improve the commercial bank product innovation level. The management department should improve the policy environment of product innovation, and the commercial banks should vigorously promote the system construction combining with the requirement of product innovation, as well as expanding the cooperation between foreign banks and domestic banks.
