磷石膏湿排干堆用双卸料真空过滤机的选型剖析

摘要 大型磷复肥企业湿法磷酸生产副产磷石膏目前大多采用湿法排渣,磷石膏堆放及其对环境影响等问题日益凸显,若把磷石膏渣浆再用双卸料真空过滤机进行固液分离,即可实现湿排干堆,不但便于堆放,也为磷石膏综合利用做了预处理。分析了采用湿排干堆技术方案中选用双卸料真空过滤机两种传统机型各需增加的部件和日常维护保养内容,及其生产能力和能耗等问题,认为选用双卸料翻盘式真空过滤机比双卸料转台式真空过滤机更具优越性。 At present,most large scale phosphate compound fertilizer plants adopt wet slag discharge method for by-product phosphogypsum from wet-process phosphoric acid production;the issues such as phosphogypsum storage and its impact on environment are increasingly prominent.If the double vacuum filter is used to treat the phosphogypsum slurry for solid-liquid separation,and to realize the wet-discharge dry storage,which is not only convenient to store,but also makes the pre-treatment for the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.The respective adding parts required by two traditional models of double discharge vacuum filter selected by wet discharge dry storage plan,the routine maintenance contents,the production capacity and the energy consumption etc are analyzed,and it is thought that the selection of double discharge tilting pan vacuum filter is superior to that of the double discharge rotary vacuum disk filter.
