摘要
磷酸生产中由于氟吸收系统存在氟吸收效率低,冷却水含氟量高,循环冷却水系统腐蚀严重以及副产氟硅酸浓度较低等问题。通过对氟吸收喷头、循环冷却水系统等进行改造,极大地减少了含氟气体外排带来的环境污染;同时在生产上减少了清理工作量,确保了生产的连续稳定。
Due to the facts that low fluorine absorption rate of fluorine absorption system in the phosphoric acid production,the following problems are found,that is high fluorine content in cooling water,severe corrosion in circulating cooling water system and low fluosilicic acid content.The technical innovation has been done to the fluorine absorption sprayer and the circulating cooling water system,which greatly reduces the environmental pollution caused by the discharge of gas containing fluorine,meanwhile reduces the clean-up work in the production to ensure the continuous stable production.
