摘要
主要对现役150座级商用发动机CFM56-5B、CFM56-7B、V2500以及下一代150座级商用发动机LEAPX、GTF的控制技术进行初步分析,包括对FADEC系统组成、燃油系统、各项控制技术及超转保护的分析,并对现役及下一代150座级商用发动机控制技术进行对比分析,初步分析出其各项技术的差异,最后给出分析结论并提出发动机控制新技术的建议。
This paper presents a preliminary analysis of aeroengine control technology for CFM56-5B, CFM56-7B, V2500 in service and Next Generation LEAPX and GTF, which maily mounted on 150-seat aircraft. In this paper, it focuses on the analysis of FADEC system construction, fuel system, various control technologies, and overspeed protection. It also performs a contrastive analysis between the in service commercial aeroengine control echnology and next genereation aeroengine, both for 150-seat aircraft. After a preliminary analysis of differences among various techonologies, there is a conclusion and some suggestions in respect to new control techonologies.
