抗阻训练负荷量与最大力量增加的量效关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动力性抗阻训练的练习组数是决定训练负荷量的重要因素。在负荷强度相当的条件下,练习组数与练习后最大力量增长幅度之间是否存在对应关系,目前的研究观点存在分歧。本文对研究不同组数的抗阻训练后力量增长效果的有关报道进行综述后认为,虽然在增长幅度上存在争议,但一组练习具有使最大力量增长的确切效果,在时间上和负荷量上具有经济性,可以作为力量训练的有效应用手段。 The set number of dynamic resistance training is a key element of training volume.In conditions of equal intensity(RM),whether the high volume training program composed by multiple sets has more significant effects on maximal strength gains than low volume training program composed by single set,there are conflicts between researchs.Studies either show multiple sets training program is more effective than single set on strength increase,or indicate that there is no significant difference between multiple and single set training program.This paper summarizes the reports about this subject,suggests that single set training program can increase the maximum strength effectively and economically.
