This paper defines the concept of pragmatic fuzziness first and then analyzes the motivation of being the successful communicative strategy which is politeness and rhetoric.At last,it interprets the pragmatic fuzziness from communicative intention and context,emphasizing that the interpretation requires the joint efforts of many factors.
