摘要
目的 将磷酸三钙生物陶瓷( Tricalcium phosphate ceramics, T P C) 用于骨缺损, 观察其对骨缺损修复的作用。方法 制备兔下颌骨人工骨缺损, 填入 T P C 颗粒, 分不同时期肉眼和组织学观察和评价。结果 肉眼观局部无明显炎症反应, 第4 周材料与正常骨组织结合紧密。组织学结果表明, 第2 周开始材料间有纤维结缔组织生长, 骨化形成, 且随时间延长, 骨化增加。结论 T P C 可作为骨缺损修复材料促进缺损骨新生修复。
Objective\ To evaluate the effects of TPC on the repair of rabbit mandibular defects by using TPC in the bone defects. Methods\ 10 experimental mandibular defects were produced surgically in 10 rabbits and TPC granules were filled and were examined by gross and histological examination 2、4、6、8、10、12、14 weeks respectively. Results\ Local sign of an inflammation was not observed by gross examination, but the bone was found to have adhered to the ceramics and to have penetrated the interior from four weeks. Histological result was that in growth of fibrous connective tissue and ossification was found between TPC from two weeks and with a longer period of filling, ossification increased. Conclusion\ TPC can be used as a repairing material of bone defects to promote regeneration of defect bone.\;
