摘要
为读者服务是图书馆各项工作的最终目的,要做好读者服务工作,充分发挥图书馆的作用,需认真研究图书馆人文氛围对读者的影响,努力改善图书馆外部、内部环境,在服务和管理上创新,注重读者的心理效应,建构图书馆人文氛围,为读者更好地利用图书馆创造优良的条件。
To service for the readers is the work of library after all,in order to do it better,bring the library's role into full play,we need carry out the research on the influence of the humanity atmosphere to the readers,make an improvement of the outside and inside environment,innovate in service and management,pay attention to the psychology effect of the readers,construct the humanity atmosphere,create the better conditions for the readers.
