摘要
以杜鹃红山茶和3个山茶栽培品种("帕克斯先生"、"孔雀椿"和"贝拉大玫瑰")5年生地栽嫁接苗为试验材料,分别测定它们光合日变化特性曲线。结果表明:供试的4种山茶Pn和Tr日变化均为单峰曲线,且Pn的峰值主要出现在午前,Tr的峰值则在不同山茶间存在差异;4种山茶中,杜鹃红山茶的日均WUE最高;Pn、Tr与各生理生态因子间的相关性分析说明Gs对光合特征参数的变化影响最大,且对Pn起决定性作用,是影响光合作用的限制因子;PARi与杜鹃红山茶和"贝拉大玫瑰"的Pn成显著正相关。从理论上解释了杜鹃红山茶是一种适应能力极强的山茶原种。
The experimental materials were the 5 years old grafted plants of Camellia azalea and 3 camellia cultivars("Dr.Clifford Parks","Hakuhan Kujaku" and "Niuccio′s Bella Rossa") which were growing in the ground.Their characteristics of photosynthesis diurnal variations were tested respectively.The results showed that: Diurnal variation of Pn(net photosynthetic rates) and Tr(transpiration rates) were single-peak curve,the peak of Pn mainly occurred before noon,and the peak of Tr were different among the camellias tested,the daily average of WUE of C.azalea was the highest in the 4 camellias,the correlations among the Pn,Tr and the factors on physiology and ecology showed that Gs was maximal to the influence on the change of photosynthetic characteristic parameters and had a major role to the Pn.So,Gs was a limited factor to photosynthesis.PARi was a positively correlative significantly to Pn of C.azalea and "Niuccio′s Bella Rossa".Through the research,C.azalea had been proved as a highly adaptable camellia species on theory.
