五个尾叶桉无性系的组培快繁试验初报

Five Clones of Eucalyptus urophylla Preliminary Report on Tissue Culture

文章对五个尾叶桉无性系号(2号、3号、6号、7号、8号)的组培快繁进行试验:MS适合用作增殖基本培养基;1/2MS适合用作生根基本培养基;6号、7号、8号无性系每瓶分化芽可取超过60枝芽作生根培养,瓶内生根率都超过90%,初步认定6号、7号、8号组培快繁可进行工厂化规模生产。

This paper summarized five clones（2,3,6,7,8） of Eucalyptus urophylla culture process,MS is the best basic medium for proliferation,1/2MS is the most suitable basic medium for rooting;form the three clones（6,7,8）,more than 50 buds can be used for rooting each bottle.Rooting rate of all three clones（6,7,8） was over 90%.Initially identified three clones（6,7,8） can be applied for production of propagation.
