科斯的《企业的性质》一文开创了现代企业理论分析的先河,但是以交易成本为核心的西方现代主流企业理论过分强调企业的交易性质。对交易成本的过度强调误导了人们对企业本质功能的理解,事实上,企业最主要的功能是资源消费,即生产,而不是资源配置。

The Nature of Firm by R H Coase pioneered in modern firm theoretical analysis.But western modern mainstream firm theory based on transaction cost overemphasizes the transaction nature of enterprises,which misleads people to have a false concept about the nature of firm.Actually,the main function of enterprise is consumption of resources,namely,production,instead of distribution of resources.
