高校国防教育师资在国防教育活动中具有重要地位和作用,适应世界战略格局调整和新军事革命,加强高校国防教育师资队伍建设研究,全面提高高校国防教育师资队伍的整体素质,是新时期高等学校国防教育改革的重点。改革创新高校国防教育师资培养体制要围绕健全完善国防教育师资选拔、培养、研究机制进行,积极探索高校国防教育教师的成长规律,提高高校国防教育师资队伍整体素质,培养造就德才兼备、文武双全的高校国防教育师资队伍。

College defense education teachers play an important role in defense education.The reform of defense education presently focuses on adaptation to the world strategy pattern adjustment and new military revolution,enhancement of research on defense education teachers and improvement of overall quality of related teachers.Reform and innovation of teaching stuff training system should center around perfection of a system to select,train and research,exploration of the development patterns of teachers,improvement of overall quality of teachers and cultivation of teachers with integrity and ability,together with civil and martial virtues.
