高校后进生教育及其“三养成”的培育研究

The Study of College Underachievers Education and the Cultivation of "Three Habits "

新时期大学生的思想、心理、个性及活动交往等方面的变数增多,加之社会转型、科技变革、全球化等方面的影响,使高校后进生的群体日益增加,不仅影响了班风、学风,还会干扰教学秩序的正常进行,甚至制造极端事件。加强对高校后进生的教育与转化力度,已成为高校稳定工作的首要任务。本文通过分析后进生的类型、成因,研究如何在后进生中培育养成"良好的生活习惯、学习习惯和思维习惯",以期对后进生的教育与转化工作提供参考与帮助。

Recently,there is an increase in the variables of college students＇ thinking,psychology,personality,exchange activities and etc.Combined with social transformation,technological changes and globalization,it leads to more underachievers in universities.This phenomenon does not only affect the class and study atmosphere,but also disturbs the normal teaching order,and even leads to extreme events.Strengthening the education and transformation of the less advanced students has become the priority of colleges and universities stability task.By analyzing the types and causes of the underachievers and probing into the cultivation of the three habits of ＂good living,good studying and good thinking＂,we hope to provide more references and help to their education and transformation.
