对湘钢新2号2 580 m3高炉开炉及达产的操作经验进行了总结.通过抓好设备质量和开炉工作准备以及合理的开炉方案制定,实现了安全顺利开炉和快速达产.
The experiences of the commissioning and achievement of the target output for the new,2 580 m3 No. 2 blast furnace at Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd are summarized in the paper. By ensuring a good equipment quality, and implementing an elaborative start-up preparation, the blast furnace started up smoothly and safely, and attained the target out- put soon afterwards.
