摘要
社会影响评价是指对已完成的项目在社会发展方面产生的效果所进行的分析。构建了黑河下游近期治理社会影响评价指标体系,用灰色评价法对社会影响进行定量评价,并分析社会影响评价结果,总结经验、发现问题,并有针对性地对黑河后续工程的实施提出了相应的科学建议。
The social impact assessment is the analysis of the social development aspect of the project.The Appraisal system of the social impact assessment of recent controlling in the lower reaches of the Heihe river is established in this paper.The grey evaluation method is applied in this paper.Then problems were found here after the analysis of the result.As a result,some reasonable proposals for the subsequent program of the Heihe river were advanced here.
