复合荷载作用下TX型方管节点静力性能试验研究

摘要 对两个TX型方钢管相贯节点进行了轴力、弯矩共同作用下的静力试验研究.通过对试验现象的分析,研究了节点的破坏特征、应力分布规律、抗弯刚度以及极限承载力等静力性能.试验结果表明:当主管受压时,节点的抗弯刚度相比主管受拉的情况会有所降低.圆角处的焊缝往往较早出现裂缝,使得节点强度难以充分利用.在设计中,如果要将节点视为刚性,需要采取一定的加劲措施,并在施工和加工过程中确保焊缝质量. Static test research was carried out on two unsiffened TX-type square steel tube joints under axial force and bending moment.Based on analyses of the test phenomenon,this paper conducted research into the static properties,such as failure characteristics of joints,stress distribution law,bending stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity.The test results showed that,when the main tube was under pressure,the bending rigidity of the joints reduced as compared to its tension case,and the welded seam at the rounded corner usually developed cracks early,which caused the strength of the joints hard to be fully utilized.In design,if the joints were regarded as the rigid ones,certain reinforcement measures must be adopted,and the quality of the welded seams ensured in contruction and processing.
