高职院校学生顶岗实习教育管理工作探析

Student Affair Management During Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

校企合作是我国职业教育必由之路,顶岗实习是培养高职学生专业实践能力的重要环节.阐述了顶岗实习的内涵与特点,分析了顶岗实习对学生教育管理工作的影响,并从提高认识、做好动员、建立机制、加强联系、任务引导、规避风险等方面提出了提高学生教育管理工作效果的有效途径.

School-enterprise cooperation is the only road to China＇s vocational education,and post practice is the essential link in cultivating the practical ability of vocational students.This paper expounds the connotations and characteristics of post practice,analyses its influences on student affair management,and presents effective avenues to improve the management effects from such aspacts as enhancing the awareness,giving a mobilization talk,establishing the mechanism,strengthning the association,guiding by the tasks and avoiding the risks.
