介绍了独山子炼化建设项目安全特点与HSE监管要求,阐述了工程项目现场HSE监督工作的核心内容及HSE监督管理实践。
The safety characteristics and the supervision requirements of Dushanzi petrochemical construction project are introduced and the main work on HSE supervision in the site is stated. The methods of HSE supervision in project sites are studied and practiced around the HSE objectives ＂zero accident, zero harm and zero environment pollution ＂ to achieve HSE management being totally controlled in the site.
