文章对学习型党建理论研究进行了分类:马克思主义政党理论、政党政治理论、学习型组织理论和学习型社会理论。通过学习型党建这一法宝,笔者发现了进一步完善二级院(系)的党政合作机制体系:联签机制、公开机制、分工机制、交叉机制、监督机制和亲和机制等六大机制体系。

The paper classifies those theories relating to the learning-type Party building into Marxist Party theory,Party politics theory,learning-type organization theory amd learning-type society theory.By the important weapon for learning-type Party building,the paper finds out how to improve the mechanism system of the cooperation mechanism of the Party and the Administration of secondary colleges,i.e.,joint signature mechanism,open mechanism,division mechanism,crossing mechanism,supervision mechanism and affinity mechanism.
