摘要
对单缸发动机所受惯性力进行分析,根据牛顿定律给出了单缸发动机垂直振动的微分方程,并给出了振动响应的公式;根据不同的阻尼比ξ,描绘出了隔振效果η随频率比ω/ωn的变化情况,并对隔振器的刚度参数k和阻尼比ξ的取值进行了设计;最后给出了隔振器的类型并确定了合理的隔振方案。
By analyzing the inertial forces acting on the engine,this paper deduces the differential equation of vertical vibration,and presents the vibration responses formula with diagrams.In order to properly choose rubber pads to decrease the vibration,the relatonship between the vibration isolation indicator η and the frequency ratio ω/ωn,with respect to a changing damping ratio ξ is investigated.Finally,the corresponding stiffness parameter k and damping ratio ξ,as well as the type of the vibration isolator,are designed and a rational plan for vibration isolation is established.
