摘要
利用Fluent流场模拟软件,对轴流式油气混输泵不同的动叶片重叠系数下不同含气率进行流场模拟,得出其动叶、静叶压力场及速度分布,进而得到不同工况下整机效率及扬程曲线。通过对数值模拟结果进行分析,可知选用动叶片重叠系数大于1时可以提高整机性能。
Using software Fluent(computational fluid dynamics),the pressure field and velocity distribution of moving and static blade are derived by flow field simulation at overlapping coefficient of different moving blade and different air voids,and the overall efficiency and delivery lift curve are shown at different working conditions.The results show that the overall efficiency of the pump will be improved when the overlapping coefficient is greater than 1.
