摘要
提出基于模糊层次分析法的电控发动机怠速不良故障诊断模型.文章分析电控发动机怠速不良的故障模式及其典型故障因素,建立了对应层次结构,通过计算层次结构各因素的权重并进行相关修正,得到故障因素对电控发动机怠速不良故障影响的权重排序,为检测和预防性维修的优先次序提供了参考依据.
In order to avoid the defect of AHP and diagnose the poor idling of electronic control engine rapidly, a breakdown diagnosis model based on FAHP is presented. The step of FAHP is introduced, typical failure factors which cause the electronic control engine in poor idle failure modes are analyzed, and then the corresponding hierarchical structure is built. By calculating the weight vector and related amendments, the weight sort of failure factors on the fault of electronic control engine idle is obtained, which provides a frame of reference for the detection and preventive maintenance priorities.
