摘要
研究了用固体碱催化剂KF-Al2O3来催化合成α-三唑基频那酮,考察了反应时间,反应环境的pH值和反应温度,以及相转移催化剂(聚乙二醇)等条件对产率的影响.通过实验得出最适宜的反应条件,即反应温度50-60℃,在弱碱性环境中加入分子量为600的聚乙二醇,反应时间2小时;得到产品的产率为88.50%.如果将反应时间延长至10个小时,产率将提高到90%以上.
This paper studies the synthesis of a-triazolylpinacolone by using KF-Al2O3, a solidified alkali catalyst, investigates the reaction time, the PH value of the reaction environment, and the reaction temperature, and studies the effects of other conditions, such as phase transfer catalyst (polyethylene glycol) on the output rates. Experiments show the optimum reaction conditions as follows: at the reaction temperature of 50-60℃, if polyethylene glycol with molecular weights of 600 is applied in the weak alkaline environment, the reaction time is 2-hour and the output rate is 88.5%. But if the reaction time is increased to ten hours, the output rate can reach 90% and above.
