摘要
为确定草果重大病害草果萎蔫病病原,解决其防治关键技术问题,在云南文山州的马关县仁和镇木腊村、古林箐乡瓢厂村草果种植区采集草果萎蔫性病害植株典型病征标本,进行切片、鉴定和按照柯赫氏法则分离、回接、鉴定。结果表明,镰孢属Fusarium sp.菌株是草果萎蔫性病害发生的主要致病微生物;围小丛壳属Glomerella sp.(无性型炭疽菌属Colletotrichum sp.)也能导致草果萎蔫性病征,同属于草果萎蔫性病害致病微生物。
In order to determine the pathogen causing wilt in the crop of Amomum tsao-ko,we collected specimens from Mula village of Renhe township and Piaochang Village of Gulingqing township.Routine procedures were carried ou with sections and microscopic observation,Koch's method was also employed.We preliminarily determined the pathogen causing wilt of Amomum tsao-ko being Fusarium sp.,moreover,other fungi were found to cause the same disease,which were identified as Glomerella sp.and an anomorph of Collectotrichum.
